My first client was Sancor Seguros, the application was MAGMA, an administration tool managing loans for customers and employees. For the creation of test cases and regression, we used Visual Studio. In time we ended up using this same tool for meetings, estimations, requirements, running regression, automation, raising bugs, etc. This tool was linked with Jira, so we later would refine the bug. The challenge I encountered in this project was the communication method. For my first 2 months, we raised bugs via email, and the spec, due to this bug, suffered changes and the evidence of this change was only for the distro to know. AMC Theaters is a movie theatre chain, the product we worked with was the mobile app (Android and iOS) for ticketing purchases. We used a range from 10 to 20 devices. The first challenge I encountered was the separation between developers and QA tester. A coworker and I proposed activities that united us. We ended up working synchronize, as one team. The second challenge was creating a full regression without documentation. I created a full regression, smoke regression, successfully applied cross-testing on our team, and discovered a major bug (the company was charging twice for a service) in my first 3 months. I co-created high-level detail reports that were sent daily, weekly, and after smoke post-release was complete.
