I've been working in product since 2020 — that's when I found the connection between business and technology, bridging the gap between the two, and realized it was what I was passionate about. I'm an industrial engineer by training, and after a few years in business process roles, I moved into software — first as a business analyst, then as a software engineer — before joining my current company, where I've spent the last six years working on internal products focused on the company's commercial strategy. The most complex product I worked on started with serious data problems: information that was over six months outdated, inconsistent, and often out of compliance with business rules. By the time I left that project, we had it down to under 30 days for the most relevant data and under two months overall, with business rule issues nearly eliminated — and adoption grew exponentially as trust in the product grew with it. Today I partner closely with DevOps teams to evaluate and improve engineering platforms and cloud technologies, contributing to decisions around AI tooling, data platforms, AWS architecture, code hosting, and deployment workflows.
