Lawyer dedicated to working with social organizations and institutions, dedicated to participating in initiatives to develop the capabilities of populations, social groups, associations or residents in a state of vulnerability. I have knowledge proportional to my experience, of social inclusion issues, in formulation, managing and evaluation of projects, participation and context of Latin America. Topics such as capacity building, local development, international cooperation mechanisms for development and local administrations have helped me approach complex sectors; learning to value inclusion as a fundamental component to be able to carry out any type of social intervention. Not only do I have work and knowledge of my country, but I also have experience working in social sectors in Colombia, volunteering in Spain, and I have be part in various initiatives, directly and indirectly, government experiences in cooperation, and community participation, as part of development planning, whether through projects, programs or community initiatives.
