Hi! I'm Thais!
I've always been fascinated by the moment when something clicks for someone.
That moment when a complex concept suddenly makes sense, when a learner gains the confidence to do something they couldn't before. That's what got me into Instructional Design, and it's what keeps me here.
My journey started in Social Sciences, which gave me a deep curiosity about how people think, behave, and learn. Over the past 10+ years, that curiosity has taken me from training rooms in São Paulo (BR) to building global learning programs at SaaS companies — designing experiences for IT professionals, partners, and teams across multiple countries and cultures.
I've learned that great learning design isn't just about content — it's about architecture. About knowing what to leave out, where to add friction, and how to make someone want to finish what they started.
I'm currently pursuing my MSc in Educational Technology at Université Côte d'Azur, because I believe the best designers never stop being learners.
If you work in L&D, Enablement, Product Education, or EdTech I'd love to connect.
