The Empire Builder

The Empire Builder is a faith-fueled business coaching and leadership brand created for ambitious entrepreneurs, childcare owners, private school founders, and service-based business leaders who know they were made for more. We help business owners grow with clarity, confidence, systems, strategy, and purpose so they can build profitable, sustainable, and impactful companies.

Founded by Martha Picciao-Mazor, an 8-figure entrepreneur and founder of Whiz Kidz Preschools, The Empire Builder is rooted in real-world experience, not theory. We support leaders in strengthening their teams, increasing profitability, improving operations, elevating sales and marketing, and stepping fully into the CEO role.

We are bold, practical, faith-driven, and results-focused. Our mission is to equip entrepreneurs to stop playing small, lead with authority, and build businesses that create freedom, impact, and legacy.
