Telshur

Telshur started as a clinician-led organization with a simple but powerful goal: to help clinicians communicate confidently. The name came from that vision—Tele (communication) and Sure (confidence, clarity). That was our first spark, because when communication breaks down, care suffers. As we listened to nurses, providers, and care teams, we saw something bigger unfolding. When communication was clear and intentional, teams began to move in sync. Silos faded. People aligned. And at the center of it all was the patient.
