Scale Mediation is building the technology backbone for the mediation and dispute resolution industry — a space still running on manual processes and outdated tools. We're onboarding a growing network of panels, mediators, and organizations onto a modern SaaS platform, and we're early enough that every engineer who joins shapes the product, not just ships tickets. As our third engineer working directly with the founder, you'll have outsized influence on the technical direction of the company and a clear path to grow into a founding engineer role as we scale.
