Requirements and responsibilities

Opportunity: - This is a chance to grow into a founding engineer role at Scale Mediation. - You will be our third engineer, working directly with the founder to own end-to-end delivery of features that shape our SaaS product, from UI/UX design through database implementation to shipping. Requirements: - 5+ years building full-stack SaaS products. - Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS. - Hands-on experience with Supabase (Postgres, auth, storage, edge functions) and Axios for API integration. - Strong eye for UI/UX with the ability to design features end-to-end. - Comfortable writing SQL, designing schemas, and testing your own work. - Solid understanding of REST APIs and Git. Responsibilities: - Own full end-to-end delivery of features, from UI/UX design through database implementation to shipping. - Build and maintain full-stack functionality spanning React/Tailwind front end to Supabase/Postgres back end. - Design schemas, queries, and edge functions. - Integrate front-end and back-end via REST APIs using Axios. - Test your own work before handoff. - Work directly with the founder to shape product direction as we grow the engineering team.
