We review those claims before payment: line by line, against the network contract, the plan documents, published rates, and the hospital's own financial assistance policy, with 15+ review methods applied to every claim. Every review produces a Documented Record: claim-level evidence of what the price should be and why, with citations, whether or not savings are identified. The plan owns it and can put it in front of a broker, an auditor, or a regulator. We accept no fees from the parties we review. We work through the TPA, broker, and stop-loss relationships a plan already has. A completed review is delivered within 10 days of complete documentation.
