We are a SaaS UI/UX design agency working on a subscription-based retainer model with a distributed team of 100+ employees (originated in Kyiv, Ukraine). Since 2015, we’ve delivered 200+ projects, published 64+ case studies, and earned a 4.9 Clutch rating from 111+ reviews. Our team loves working on big, complex B2B SaaS products, the kind most designers avoid. Tired of working with designers who have no understanding of SaaS? It’s because designing SaaS apps is a drag. SaaS platform design isn’t as fun as creating micro-interactions and animations. Multiple options for data visualization, complex workflows, user collaboration, integrations with other systems—not every UX agency has the stomach for it. But this is where Eleken excels. We specialize in designing SaaS products across niches such as geoservices, data-heavy platforms, AI applications, no-code/low-code tools, and developer-focused software (not development).
