This experience has led me towards HR business partnering and recruitment, but also the field of learning and development (L&D), with a focus on both enhancing business operations and creating effective skill and talent development initiatives. I enjoy working on HR initiatives and operations, as well as advancing learning in areas of people and soft skills, including leadership, sales, and recruitment.
