Duties and Responsibilities:
• Relief Consultant/Coordinator during peak hours as well as coordinate relief when Coordinator is not available.
• Quality assurance custodian on all sales, salary switching processes, collections feedback and confirmation of employment.
• Collections management as a single point of contact for collections checks and feedback.
• In-House Trainer for the branch, ensuring that all staff are duly trained on all products and processes.
• Branch Compliance representative, ensuring that all compliance duties of the branch are done.
• Responsible for communications to and from the branch.
• Daily reporting on collections, customer query list and issues list.
• Health and safety officer of the branch.
• Daily
