    We used various CRMs for customer service: Gorgous- we used this CRM, to get macro's and to receive and send out emails. Shopify- we used shopify to get at the customers information LA escalation sheet/NJ escalation sheet- requesting the warehouse to send out an RMA (Return Label) to the customer, so that the customer can return the incorrect order to process a replacement. RMA Sheet- used for logging Return Label. Fulfill-used for accessing the order status, And to process a replacement by duplicating the order. CSIR- this is used to report the reason for, processing a Replacement. UPS- to track and give the status of an order, or to process a claim for lost, unfilled, packages.
