As a Front Desk professional, I was responsible for managing the transportation schedule and coordinating various appointments, including doctor visits, radiotherapy sessions, lab tests, and procedures. My role required meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all appointments were scheduled efficiently and that patients received timely reminders. Additionally, I handled billing processes, which included managing payments to insurance companies for doctor appointments and procedures, as well as overseeing payments related to car and house insurance. This experience enhanced my organizational skills and my ability to navigate complex administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
