- I was responsible for constant interviews with our users in order to maximize the knowledge of our audience.
- By doing this, we were able to improve the experience we were delivering to them, some examples of this were some new features launched, such as a referral plan, an onboarding process, and more.
- I designed these features and supervised the tech team in developing them in the correct way.
- I led the content strategy for the social networks of the online training platform, Fitco Moves, managing to reach more than 10K followers in 06 months.
- I settled on ways to communicate our features and benefits to our users and target audience.
