I have a 14-year tenure in the Talent industry, with a diverse background in sectors such as retail, civil engineering, tourism, communication, and technology. I have been recruited twice in my career to orchestrate, administer, and execute the entire Talent Acquisition domain. Since 2018, I have been working with an international/global approach. I have always collaborated with high management staff and in house/external stakeholders to perform my role. Although I am capable of working independently, I prefer to be part of a team.
