Being a Customer Service Representative should be like a synonym for staying organized and the ability to teamwork mixed with self-learning. It might be funny, but for me, the satisfaction that my job provides me when the customers say that I've done exceptional work or when all the concerns have been resolved at the first interaction with that human touch that represents me, is extremely heartwarming.
Luckily, this obsession with staying organized began in my student days, around 7th grade, always taking notes on everything so I could later organize all my activities in my calendar in order not to miss anything on my to-do list.
Also, the capability of making decisions to succeed is something delightful I accomplished the most when I was studying my Bachelor's Degree In Communication Sciences at Don Bosco University in my local country, El Salvador.
Most of the time, I was in charge of all the team groups, checking the progress of the whole assignment from the beginning until the presentation day. Delegating tasks and making sure that all we did was on the same line, making spelling checks and reviewing the grammar of the whole report; making all the necessary corrections before presenting our results; my colleagues used to say that my speech and my communication skills were really useful when we needed to present the results in front of the class.
From my experience since I was a student and all I've learned from my current and past jobs, I can say that I'm passionate about helping others, customers, colleagues, friends, etc., to make things easier than usual for everybody. I truly just want us all to succeed, and will go out of my way to ensure that.
