Responsibilities included bartending, cooking, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing inventory, and ordering supplies, while taking care of any and all front and back end tasks that needed to be done. Additionally, I leveraged customer service skills to enhance customer success, focusing on creating a welcoming environment that encouraged repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
