Hi, i’m Ratih, and I am an Enterprise Solutions Consultant with more than 9 years of experience in banking technology, API integrations, customer success, and technical solution delivery.
Throughout my career at Bank Central Asia, one of the largest banks in Indonesia, I have worked closely with more than 200 enterprise clients across industries such as banking, fintech, telecommunications, manufacturing, education, and retail.
My role goes beyond traditional customer support. I act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping clients successfully implement banking and payment solutions. This includes understanding business requirements, designing solution proposals, supporting API integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring successful go-live and post-production support.
Over the years, I have contributed to a wide range of projects involving Banking APIs, Virtual Accounts, Host-to-Host integrations, MT940 reporting solutions, QRIS, automation initiatives, and enterprise payment systems. I have also worked closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges and improve customer experience.
What I enjoy most is solving problems, building strong client relationships, and translating complex technical concepts into clear and practical solutions that create real business value.
