Most people take the expected path.
I didn't. I started as a Civil Engineer, spent a year building real things on construction sites — and then realised the part I loved most wasn't the concrete. It was the data behind the decisions.
That pivot led me to a PGDM in Business Analytics at St. Francis Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai — and to a role at Concentrix where I've spent 3+ years coaching teams using data-driven insights, process analysis, and performance optimization.
In that time, I was awarded the ACE Recognition at Concentrix — given for exceptional contribution to team performance and operational improvement.
What I've built along the way:
1. 3 business analytics projects using Excel, Power BI, and data visualization.
2. Excel Dashboard certification (Great Learning) applied to real reporting workflows
3. Experience translating messy performance data into clear decisions for team leads and managers.
4. A background in process thinking from both engineering and operations — which means I don't just build reports, I understand the systems behind them.
I'm now actively transitioning into a full-time Business Analyst role where I can apply both my analytical training and my real-world experience of making data useful for people who need to act on it fast.
If you're hiring for a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst role — or just want to connect with someone who genuinely loves turning data into decisions — send me a message. I reply to everyone.
