What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end HVAC design and project management for large-scale commercial and multi-family developments.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and technical execution with precision and creativity.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver best-in-class mechanical solutions.
* Review and refine system layouts, drawings, and submittals to meet the highest performance standards.
* Manage change orders, documentation, and cost control — ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and company excellence.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers and project coordinators, cultivating a culture of learning and collaboration.
What You Bring
* 8–10 years of experience in mechanical design and HVAC project management.
* Proven track record in commercial or multi-family projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
* Deep understanding of mechanical codes, HVAC systems, and energy standards.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
