Requirements and responsibilities

Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. Thus, we are looking for website builders with excellent skills in CSS and a design-oriented work style. ◽ Daily tasks: - Build websites according to the client's checklist. - Design responsive web pages through our custom editor. - Research the client's profile. - Test the functionalities of the website on the front end. - Implement requested revisions. - Implement custom designs through HTML & CSS. - Crop, resize and merge logos using photoshop. - Customize embed codes from YouTube, Vimeo, et al. - Self QA before submitting for QA. - Submit a built-out website on or before due dates. - Attend meetings and team alignment. ◽ Responsibilities: - To learn the different website designs. - To learn and apply the do and don'ts on the website designs. - To learn and apply the different components and their function per website designs. - To make sure that the appropriate component is used per page. - To be aware of the bugs specific to website design. ◽ Minimum Qualifications: - HTML5 & CSS3 - Experience with WordPress. Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, including Slack, Google for Business, Dropbox, and the like. - Curious about all things tech. - Creative and passionate perspective on UI Design. - Entry knowledge about JavaScript & JSON is a plus. - Flexible to jump between projects with tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results. - Entrepreneurial-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment. - We're looking for someone who pays attention to detail. ◽ Cultural fit: - Draw people in with your excitement and can-do attitude. - Relentlessly clear obstacles for clients and team members. - Have an interest in the luxury real estate industry (a passion is a plus). - Are positive and have a sense of humor. - Are hyper-organized and project-oriented.
