We are currently hiring for 2 open positions for highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and experienced professionals to join our team as Bilingual Executive Assistants: one full-time position (40 hours per week) and one part-time position (20 hours per week).

⚠️ Important: This is not a basic virtual assistant position. We’re looking for professionals who think critically, communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and can make smart decisions without being micromanaged.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and executive support tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Track ongoing projects, follow up consistently, and ensure deadlines are met without errors.
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, inboxes, documents, and team communications with impeccable organization.
* Identify issues, remove bottlenecks, and propose efficient, detail-driven improvements.
* Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and vendors in both English and Spanish.
* Support leadership in decision-making processes and ensure flawless execution of tasks.
* Manage social media accounts with consistency, scheduling posts and maintaining brand quality.
* Use Canva to design presentations, posts, and documents that align with brand guidelines and look polished.
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed (required, no less).
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader, or in a similar leadership role.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) with excellent grammar and communication.
* Exceptional attention to detail, nothing escapes your eye.
* Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize, follow through, and deliver consistent results.
* Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and remote productivity tools.
* Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and commitment to excellence.
* Independent thinker capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
* Client-oriented mindset: able to communicate effectively with clients, understand and fulfill their requirements and requests, and ensure they have an outstanding experience, all while doing so fluently in English.
