Position Overview: We are seeking a Finance & Administrative Assistant to manage light bookkeeping, financial reporting, and general administrative tasks. This hybrid role requires both accuracy in financial work and strong organizational skills for supporting leadership and departmental operations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare internal reports for marketing, sales, and call center teams. • Generate accounting P&L reports from internal job data. • Handle light bookkeeping, including cash in/cash out tracking by name. • File monthly sales tax reports accurately and on time. • Manage executive email inbox and correspondence. • Perform general administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bilingual Spanish/English • 3+ years’ experience in administrative and financial operations roles. • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook. • Intermediate skills in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience creating cross-departmental performance dashboards. • Prior work in a U.S.-based business environment.
