Are you a reliable and detail-oriented VA with experience in the short-term rental space? We're looking for someone proactive and resourceful to support our U.S.-based clients in managing and growing their vacation rental businesses.
🏡 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage listings on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms (updates, pricing, calendar sync).
* Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and issues professionally and on time.
* Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors.
* Monitor booking performance and suggest improvements.
* Oversee reservations and calendar management.
* Support daily operations and communicate with clients.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ year of experience supporting short-term rental hosts or property managers.
* Familiar with tools like Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Smartbnb, etc.
* Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
* Able to work U.S. business hours.
* Organized, responsive, and proactive.

* Property management experience.
