At Shipt, we are transforming the shopping experience and giving time back to consumers. Shipt Shoppers handpick everything from fresh groceries to household essentials, then deliver them to your door in as little as one hour. We are seeking a Manager, Operational Fraud & CI Analytics to take the lead on designing and implementing analytics frameworks to scope and evaluate key initiatives, projects and programs within our department. This position will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to support various fraud prevention strategies and programs as well as other key Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, the ability to work collaboratively, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated skills in influencing others and outcomes. If you are passionate about data analytics, business strategy, and making an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Design and implement analytics frameworks to scope and evaluate key initiatives, projects, and programs within the department - Gather and analyze data to support various fraud prevention strategies and programs as well as other key Operations initiatives - Interpret data from key databases such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Admin, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports highlighting key insights - Assess and monitor data quality and assist with addressing any concerns or shortcomings - Build dashboards to measure the impact of strategic initiatives through key metrics, trends, and insights to enable data-driven decision-making - Monitor and track key metrics, commission needed analysis as needed, and partner with various departments to provide needed information and influence decisions - Perform other duties as assigned
