Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Governance
* Build and maintain a detailed, integrated project plan covering all enabling workstreams and related dependencies.
* Govern deliverables, timelines, and quality across internal teams, third-party applications, and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Drive functional, system, and user acceptance testing activities for all enabling workstreams.
Risk, Issue & Decision Management
* Own the RAID log with discipline, tracking progress, managing risks, and escalating issues through proper governance channels.
* Collaborate closely with program leadership to ensure alignment, visibility, and timely decision-making.
Operational & Financial Management
* Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization plans to ensure predictable delivery.
* Track effort, forecast upcoming needs, and course-correct proactively.
Communication & Collaboration
* Partner with global teams across time zones and business units to keep delivery on track.
* Provide clear, consistent communication with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Must Have
* 10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading SAP S/4HANA or other ERP implementation projects.
* Strong understanding of SAP business processes in:
* Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)
* Manufacturing & Production
* Planning (PP/Planning Operations)
* Plant Maintenance (PM)
* Deep familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and structured governance.
* Ability to manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) end-to-end.
* Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
