Requirements and responsibilities

• Work with the event and international marketing teams to coordinate social strategy and execution in target countries (includes setting up country social, promoting, overall management of social pages) activities • Set up, manage and monitor international social media channels and international Workplace groups • Help execute events and international marketing promotions in eXp World, our cloud office environment • Manage a social media marketing approval queue, ensuring adherence to eXp’s brand standards and guidelines • Help create, plan and guide creative content while ensuring adherence to reflect recent company brand changes • Work and manage external vendors/partners to manage ongoing projects • Ensure management of international email guidelines and protocols (e.g. GDPR) • Assist with execution of various marketing initiatives, as well as light event administrative duties • Assist in creating monthly content calendars for each country and channel Responsible for publishing across all applicable channels • Monitoring and monthly reporting • Responsible for running paid social campaigns informed by data with set goals • Coordination with in-country vendors on a day to day basis • Assist in development of community management guidelines in each country and oversee in-country community management • Creative ideation of promotions and strategies to increase work of mouth referrals and online share of voice • Identify and build relationships with influencers • Coordinate with other departments on content creation • Find new opportunities on existing channels, as well as new channels.
