We represent business owners, real estate investors, and companies in commercial disputes, partnership and shareholder litigation, real estate litigation, contract disputes, and trust/estate litigation. Our clients are sophisticated B2B buyers — CFOs, general counsel, business owners, and real estate principals — not consumer plaintiffs.
We are hiring a Google Ads specialist to take ownership of our paid search program and turn it into a reliable engine for qualified case inquiries.
What You Will Own:
- Build, run, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting California business and real estate litigation prospects.
- Develop campaign structures by sub-practice (commercial litigation, real estate disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, contract disputes, trust & estate litigation).
- Manage long-tail B2B keyword strategy — this is not a high-volume PI practice; precision matters more than reach.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking that ties clicks → form fills → consultation calls → signed retainers (not just lead volume).
- Build and A/B test landing pages aligned to specific practice areas and buyer personas.
- Manage Google Local Services Ads where applicable and explore Microsoft Ads, retargeting, and YouTube as appropriate.
- Provide weekly performance reports tied to actual case acquisition metrics, not vanity metrics.
- Stay current on California Bar advertising rules and legal-industry compliance requirements.
Required Experience:
- 4+ years hands-on Google Ads management (not delegated to a team — you personally build and tune campaigns).
- Demonstrated experience with B2B or professional services accounts (legal, accounting, financial services, consulting, or comparable).
- Strong working knowledge of conversion tracking architecture: GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking, CRM integration.
- Landing page optimization and CRO experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English (you will be writing ad copy in English).
- Google Ads certification.
Strongly Preferred:
- Direct experience marketing law firms, especially in non-PI practice areas (business litigation, IP, real estate, transactional).
- Familiarity with California legal market and bar advertising ethics rules.
- Experience with Clio Grow or similar legal CRM systems.
- Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads experience.
- Basic HTML/CSS for landing page edits.
What This Role Is Not:
- It is not a strategy-only / advisor role — you are the one in the platform every day.
- It is not a personal injury / family law playbook applied to commercial litigation — if your experience is exclusively high-volume consumer legal, this is not a fit.
- It is not a set-and-forget account — we expect weekly testing and iteration.
Compensation & Structure:
- Part-time contract role, 15–25 hours per week to start, with potential to expand.
- Base hourly rate competitive with top-of-market for your country (we pay well for the right person).
- Performance bonus tied to qualified consultation bookings and signed retainers attributable to paid search.
- Month-to-month engagement — no long lock-up on either side.
- Fully remote.
- Direct working relationship with the firm's managing partner (decisions happen fast).
