About the roleSummitNext is hiring Operations Interns in India to support our AI research and data collection initiatives. This role involves managing participant onboarding, maintaining structured databases, executing marketing campaigns, and coordinating audio data collection activities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of research projects.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipant Onboarding & CoordinationManage end-to-end onboarding of participants for research projectsExplain project guidelines clearly to participantsEnsure accurate submission of required dataMaintain regular communication and follow-upsDatabase & Data Annotation ManagementMaintain participant database accuratelyUnderstand and manage data annotation processesVerify data quality and completenessUpdate records in real-timeMarketing & OutreachAggressively promote projects using: College groups, WhatsApp communities, Telegram channels, Social media platformsDrive participant acquisitionTrack campaign performanceAudio Data CollectionCoordinate audio data collection tasksEnsure participants follow quality guidelinesValidate audio submissionsEligibilityCurrently pursuing college OR recently graduatedMust be based in IndiaFluent in Hindi or EnglishStrong personal networkSelf-driven and target-orientedBasic computer skillsLocation & StipendLocation: Work From Home (Remote)Stipend: ₹15,000 INR per month
