We are looking for an experienced, results-driven PPC Specialist (Google Ads) to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Role Focus:
- This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused entirely on driving high-quality local leads for U.S.-based B2C businesses.
- This is not a brand awareness role.
- You will own campaigns end-to-end—from strategy and build through to optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- You should be confident working with Search, Performance Max, Target CPA bidding, and Google Business Profile integration.
- You must care deeply about lead quality, not just volume.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local B2C businesses.
- Build, launch, and refine Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Implement and manage Target CPA bidding strategies to control cost-per-lead.
- Leverage Google Business Profile (GBP) and Google Maps placements alongside traditional Search campaigns.
- Accurately track and differentiate lead sources (GMB/Maps vs. Search) for reporting.
- Provide clear, actionable reporting and strategic recommendations on a regular basis.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data (search terms, audience signals, asset group performance).
- Stay up to date with Google Ads platform changes, beta features, and best practices.
- For more senior candidates - contribute to strategy, mentor others, and help improve internal processes and SOPs.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time role, working from 6 AM - 2 PM EST, with some flexibility.
Requirements:
- 3-4 plus years of proven experience managing Google Ads for local lead generation (U.S. B2C businesses).
- Experience in working in a marketing or digital ad agency.
- Strong track record driving calls and form leads - not just traffic.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience using Target CPA bidding to consistently hit cost-per-lead goals.
- Solid understanding of Google Business Profile integration and local/Maps ads.
- Strong analytical skills — you can turn performance data into clear actions.
- High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset focused on lead quality.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads.
- Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with YouTube Ads or Google Display Network.
- Familiarity with Google Ads Editor, GA4, Tag Manager, or Looker Studio.
- Experience working with U.S. dental or medical practices.
- Experience generating leads through other paid channels (TikTok, programmatic, etc.).
