About the roleArray Behavioral Care is the nation's leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice. The Associate Marketing Manager is a hands-on marketing generalist responsible for owning and executing Array’s social media and multimedia content, events and tradeshows, and SEO execution. This role supports brand visibility and demand generation, ensuring Array’s marketing presence is consistent, engaging, and well executed across channels.This individual owns day-to-day execution of social and video content, manages logistics for conferences, tradeshows, and webinars, and drives SEO execution in partnership with internal stakeholders. The Associate Marketing Manager also contributes to campaign operations and creative asset development, partnering closely with senior marketers and the Campaign Manager to support broader marketing initiatives.What you’ll doSocial Media & MultimediaOwn execution of Array’s organic social media presence across priority platforms, including LinkedInPlan, create, publish, and manage social content aligned to company priorities, campaigns, events, and thought leadershipCreate and manage multimedia content, including short-form video, interviews, event footage, and internal recordingsPartner with internal stakeholders to identify strong content ideas and storytelling opportunitiesMaintain and organize social and video asset libraries for reuse across channelsMonitor engagement and performance to inform ongoing optimization and content decisionsEvents, Tradeshows & WebinarsOwn planning and execution of conferences, tradeshows, sponsored events, and webinarsManage all event logistics including timelines, registrations, vendors, shipping, materials, swag, and on-site readinessDevelop and execute event marketing plans, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-upPartner with Sales and Marketing teammates to ensure events support pipeline, relationship-building, and brand goalsMaintain event calendars, checklists, budgets, and post-event reportingSEO & Website OptimizationExecute SEO initiatives to improve visibility, traffic, and performance across Array’s digital propertiesImplement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, internal linking, and content updatesSupport ongoing optimization of blog content, landing pages, and website structureCollaborate with internal stakeholders on content updates that support SEO and performance goalsMonitor SEO performance metrics and contribute to reporting and recommendationsWhat we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience and education3–5 years of experience in a marketing generalist, campaign execution, or field/event marketing roleProven experience managing events, tradeshows, or marketing programs end to endExperience owning social media execution and content publishingComfort creating marketing assets and light design work using established brand guidelinesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyClear written and verbal communication skillsComfort working with data, metrics, and performance reportingExperience in healthcare, SaaS, or complex B2B environments preferredFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Canva, Adobe, or similar marketing toolsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable, execution-oriented, and collaborativePosition logisticsPosition is Remote, EST time zone preferred.Full-time employmentTravel RequirementsReports to Senior Director, MarketingCompensation and benefitsThe pay range for this role is $64,000 - $80,000 per year.Medical, dental, and vision insurance; employer paid life & long-term disability insurance; additional voluntary benefits include short-term disability, voluntary employee, spousal and child life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital, or confinement insurance; and flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) contributions15 days of accrued PTO annually, plus 8 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays401k
