About the roleJoin Archy as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer and help revolutionize dental practice management with our cutting-edge SaaS solution. You’ll work with our React/TypeScript frontend to deliver reliable, scalable systems that empower dental professionals to focus on patient care. You’ll own the user experience and frontend performance, ensure our React/TypeScript architecture is modular and tested, and contribute to critical product domains with direct impact on our product and users.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the release of major frontend features and product updates; manage the production lifecycle of your domains to ensure a seamless, bug-free experience for dental practices.Integrate AI tools (like Claude) into your daily development process to improve efficiency; use AI for repetitive tasks while focusing on complex state management, performance optimization, and user experience.Develop and refine AI-powered interfaces our customers use, ensuring new product updates are intuitive and high-performing.Collaborate closely with the Backend team to ensure seamless integration between our Java Spring Boot backend and React/TypeScript frontend.Participate in code reviews and provide/receive constructive feedback to continuously improve the team.Identify opportunities for improving team efficiency and implement those improvements.Estimate and plan development efforts for projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.6+ years of experience as a frontend engineer, with strong emphasis on writing clean, quality code.Experience with React and TypeScript; Tailwind is a plus.Extensive experience managing releases and monitoring frontend health in a live production environment.Ability to articulate when and how to use AI to improve velocity without compromising long-term maintainability of the React codebase.Deep focus on testing, stability, and performance to keep the platform rock-solid for users.Customer-centric mindset, understanding that dental practices rely on Archy to keep their businesses running smoothly.Strong collaboration and communication skills, openness to feedback, and respect for diverse voices and talents.What We OfferCompetitive salary and equity (some roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses).Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.Flexible vacation policy.Remote-friendly culture.
