We are a U.S.-based premium goods company. We design and manufacture leather holsters, EDC (everyday carry) gear, and engineered components under three brands: Brands: - 1791 Gunleather: Premium handcrafted holsters and gun belts. - 1791 EDC: Wallets, knives, and everyday carry essentials. - 1791 Industries: Magnite alloy components. Our products are sold in thousands of dealer locations across the United States and to a passionate online customer base. We are growing fast and expanding our remote sales team. Responsibilities: - You will be on the phone every day, calling, closing, and building relationships with two types of customers. B2B (Dealers, Gun Shops, Range Partners): - Reach out to firearms retailers across the United States. - Reactivate dormant dealer accounts and place reorders. - Introduce new product lines and upsell existing customers. - Build a book of business you will own and grow. B2C (Direct Customers): - Win-back calls to past 1791 customers. - Upsell and cross-sell complementary products. - Recover abandoned carts and convert warm leads. - Deliver a premium experience that matches our brand. Requirements: - Excellent English: Clear, neutral, easy to understand on the phone. This is non-negotiable. - 2+ years of phone sales experience (B2B preferred, BPO/call center counts). - Comfortable selling firearm accessories (holsters, magazine carriers, EDC gear). You do not need to be a "gun person," but you cannot be uncomfortable with the category. - Coachable, competitive, and accountable: You hit your numbers and ask for help when you do not. - Quiet home office, reliable high-speed internet, quality headset. - Available US business hours (8 AM – 5 PM Eastern or Central, Monday–Friday) + occasional weekend availability. What We Offer: - $1,000 USD/month base salary + uncapped commission. - Strong reps consistently earn $2,000–$3,000+ USD/month total. - Paid in USD via Deel, Wise, or Payoneer. - Paid product training and ongoing sales coaching. - Long-term role: We are building careers, not gig work. - Direct access to leadership at a fast-growing American brand.
