Requirements and responsibilities


• Work directly with internal departments and cross-functional teams, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring a successful project optimization of the platform. • Set up and optimize an instance of HubSpot Marketing Hub and have experience working with various integrations and consolidation of websites and vendors. • Define and document the functional and technical requirements for executing automated campaigns • Navigate and understand data - how to read it, interpret it, and visualize it in order to help with reporting and decision making • Provide advice on marketing and lead processes including lead management, pipeline optimization, lead scoring, and lead assignments • Work with data between multiple software systems including activities like migrations, integration, import, and regular data management • Collect and review requirements with internal teams and work directly with the teams to determine, design, and implement the software solutions. • Research and troubleshoot issues and develop solutions • Develop training materials/guides for internal departments and educate teams to ensure adoption of the software • Report out on KPIs and communicate overall campaign/project performance, takeaways and improvements.
