Requirements and responsibilities


• Execute all job duties in alignment with Hanzo’s core values, mission, and purpose • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline • Research, develop and qualify new opportunities with potential customers that impact Hanzo’s bottom line with the intent of maximizing revenue from those accounts • Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns • Hit assigned KPIs, including, but not limited to, outreaches per day and meetings/qualified opportunities per month • Adapt to sales needs to quickly pivot outreach to achieve team goals • Uncovers a prospect's business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities, while highlighting Hanzo’s value proposition • Keep a consistently accurate and up to date business pipeline leveraging detailed notes for every/any prospect interaction • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives at targeted enterprise accounts • Develop an in-depth understanding of Hanzo, industry trends, and competition • Work closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and make recommendations to more effectively close sales and ensure customer loyalty • Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience • Participate in industry events
