Requirements and responsibilities

• Initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources. • Pursue leads assigned by the company in addition to self-generated leads (identify and pursue prospective customers by using business directories, obtaining leads from existing clients and participating in industry organizations). • Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors' products and prices. • “Own” the sales goals and metrics of assigned territory. • Other projects and duties as assigned
