We’re looking for a Full Stack Website Developer who understands that a website is not just about code, plugins and pretty pages — it is about how a customer moves through a brand. At The Brand’s Amma, we work closely across strategy, design, marketing and technology. So, we’re looking for someone who can bring the technical brain to the table and understand the bigger customer journey behind every website decision.What you’ll be doingBuild, develop and maintain websites across WordPress and Magento.Work comfortably with JavaScript, CSS, HTML and other front-end technologies.Develop responsive, fast and user-friendly websites and landing pages.Translate designs and wireframes into clean, functional and scalable websites.Work closely with our designers and marketers to understand the intended customer journey and translate it into the website experience.Ensure that key customer touchpoints, CTAs, navigation, forms, product journeys and conversion paths work seamlessly.Implement website updates, integrations, plugins, APIs and third-party tools as required.Troubleshoot website, browser, performance and functionality issues.Ensure websites are optimised for performance, responsiveness, usability and basic SEO requirements.Maintain website security, backups, updates and overall technical health.Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the website based on campaign requirements, user behaviour and business objectives.Be able to look at a website and say, “Wait, this is technically working, but the customer journey isn't.” That thinking matters to us.What we’re looking forMust-have:Strong hands-on experience with WordPress.Experience working with Magento — this is specifically important for the role.Good command of JavaScript and CSS.Strong understanding of HTML, responsive development and front-end implementation.Experience with website integrations, APIs, plugins and third-party tools.Understanding of website performance, usability.Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve technical problems.Why The Brand’s Amma?Because we’re building brands, not just websites.
