Success in This RoleThe successful candidate will be able to bridge the gap between business needs, product strategy, and data/technology capabilities, delivering data products that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, customer experience, and measurable business outcomes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with data, analytics, or technology products.Strong understanding of data analytics, data pipelines, data platforms, and data governance.Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, user stories, and prioritization.Proficiency with SQL and the ability to analyze and interpret data.Experience working with BI/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience building or managing data products, data platforms, or analytics products.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, or similar platforms.Exposure to AI/ML products and use cases.Experience with data governance, data quality, privacy, and security.Product Management certifications are a plus.Key SkillsProduct Management | Data Analytics | SQL | Data Products | Product Roadmap | Agile/Scrum | Stakeholder Management | Data Governance | BI | Power BI | Tableau | Looker | Cloud | AI/ML | Data Strategy
