We're hiring our first Head of Product at Coinbax.Stablecoin infrastructure is being built for people who already understand crypto. Meanwhile the world's largest banks are already moving, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, on-chain settlement. It's not a question of if anymore. The question is how tens of thousands of regulated institutions worldwide get there with the approvals, limits, and recourse they're required to have. That's not a marketing problem. It's a product problem.That's what we build.Why the hire now? Product decisions today are split between me and Justin. The pace we're shipping at has outgrown that. We need one person accountable for what gets built, in what order, and whether it's actually good.The role is the editor of the product. Engineering can ship. AI can increasingly ship. Neither holds the line on coherence. Screens drift, patterns fork, language stops matching. Someone has to own good.I've built for this buyer before. Geezeo served 700+ financial institutions before Jack Henry acquired us. This wave is bigger, and this time the product gets defined from scratch. POCs in flight, partners onboarding, a ramp you can feel coming.The stack we're building into is wide. Networks, cores, digital banking, wallets, fraud tools, payment hubs, institutions of every size. The control layer has to feel like one product across all of it. That's the craft.You've built fintech or banking products. You have real design taste, and at our size you're sometimes the designer. You don't need to know stablecoins yet. You need to be the kind of person who'll know them in a month.Remote. US preferred, but exceptional is exceptional.
