Responsibilities

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or a related discipline.At least 10 years' quality management experience, including five years in a senior role.Experience managing accredited systems for ISO/IEC 17020 and either ISO/IEC 17021-1 or ISO/IEC 17065.Recognised Lead Auditor qualification and experience planning, leading, and reporting audits.Experience coordinating assessments, scope extensions, and closure of accreditation findings.Experience writing quality manuals, procedures, policies, guidance, and controlled forms.Ability to lead quality teams, chair management reviews, and work with senior and technical teams.Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19011, risk management, root cause analysis, document control, and competence management.Clear English, sound judgement, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel
