• Develop detailed mechanical, HVAC, and piping (MEP) models in Revit based on design drawings and project specifications • Produce coordinated shop drawings, sections, and as-built drawings to project standards • Run clash detection in Navisworks and resolve conflicts with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines • Coordinate model updates with the engineering team and incorporate design changes • Extract material quantities and schedules from the model to support procurement and BoQ • Maintain model quality, naming conventions, and LOD requirements per the project BIM Execution Plan • Attend online coordination meetings with the Saudi-based team and report modeling progress
