Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role includes sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, communicating with clients and candidates, and ensuring all required documentation, licenses, and hiring requirements are completed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple open positions while delivering an excellent hiring experience.
Qualifications (Required):
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for U.S.-based Healthcare companies.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Fluent in both English and Spanish
