⚡ We are looking for a professional with experience in the position of technological consultant leading teams, managing and applying technical knowledge in the execution of Data Analytics / Big Data projects. The vacancy considers that the leader is the benchmark of the team, guiding them towards continuous improvement and meeting the objectives. For this, experience in the use of various tools, programming languages, infrastructure, and others, are the basis for supporting the development team from knowledge, managing high-impact deliverables.
🚀 Responsibilities:
⚡ Leadership in the application of good development practices, integrations, ETL, standardization, and team management.
⚡ Support the team in defining, estimating, and planning tasks/activities for product development
⚡ Lead developer teams from a learning and mentoring perspective. Being a reference for your team.
⚡ Define the team participants that accompany you in the project, aligning the capacities and functions of each collaborator.
⚡ Analyze the reports, documentation, and reports inherent to the project to evaluate the evolution of the project.
⚡ Definition and design of data architecture/data pipeline.
⚡ Develop frameworks for each component of development (ETL, orchestration, integrations, among others).
🚀 Requirements:
⚡Minimum experience of 2 years leading teams from a technical perspective.
⚡Advanced domain of a programming language.
⚡AWS Expertise.
