Requirements and responsibilities
We are working with a team building real AI systems in production, not prototypes, not dashboards, and they are looking for a C++ Backend Engineer to handle performance-critical components.
This role is focused on the parts where standard stacks fall short: low latency, high throughput, and system-level optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize C++ modules for AI-driven backend systems.
- Develop low-latency, high-performance services.
- Integrate with Python-based ML/AI pipelines.
- Debug and improve real production systems (scaling, memory, concurrency).
- Collaborate with AI and backend engineers to ship features fast.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of C++ development in real systems.
- Strong understanding of memory management, concurrency, and performance.
- Experience building backend services / distributed systems.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML systems or data-heavy pipelines.
- Exposure to Python or backend frameworks.
- Cloud / distributed systems experience.
