Requirements and responsibilities


As a Founding Account Executive, you will have a key role in revenue generation and in defining the commercial strategy. Your Impact: - Lead the complete sales cycle (end-to-end): prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing. - Build and develop the commercial pipeline from scratch. - Collaborate directly with the founding team in defining the go-to-market strategy and the sales playbook. - Identify market opportunities and actively contribute to business expansion. - Establish solid relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and positioning the product as a high-value solution. What We Are Looking For: - Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS environments or startups. - A hands-on profile with a "builder" mindset and comfortable in uncertain environments. - Experience managing complete sales cycles and dealing with stakeholders at different levels. - High capacity for communication, influence, and results orientation. - Interest in the HealthTech sector and in projects with purpose and impact.
