Lead modernization of our QSR Inventory Management ecosystem (Recipe Master, inventory lifecycle, supplier ordering, and POS-driven depletion) across a multi-unit restaurant environment. Responsibilities include governance of ingredient hierarchies, yields, portioning, and menu alignment; end-to-end inventory lifecycle optimization across stores, distribution, and central systems; POS-driven depletion logic and reconciliation; supplier ordering workflows (forecasting → PO lifecycle → goods receipt → invoice matching); API-first integrations across POS, ERP, inventory, and analytics; controls for inventory accuracy, variance, shrinkage, and compliance; cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Supply Chain, Finance & Engineering; vendor evaluations and governance; KPI ownership (COGS %, waste %, inventory turns, system uptime, etc.).
