Specific tasks and tools will be discussed in detail during the final interview.Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate daily administrative tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracksCommunicate through the EMR (Cerbo) and by phone to reach patients, vendors, and partnersOrder labs across multiple vendors (each with different processes) and track completionOwn and improve day-to-day billing processes (claims, payments, reconciliations, follow-ups)Build clear SOPs/documentation—capture what’s “in the head” and turn it into repeatable processesOversee inventory management & audits: track supplements, maintain min/par levels, manage refillsMaintain accurate records, notes, and task logs inside Cerbo and related toolsIdentify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and introduce structured task managementCollaborate closely with the client; communicate updates, risks, and next steps with empathy and clarityMust-Haves2+ years of administrative or operations experience (healthcare setting preferred)Excellent English—confident on the phone, crisp in writing, and not afraid to communicateGreat with documentation: you love tidy SOPs, checklists, and version controlDetail-oriented, patient, and empathetic—comfortable supporting patients and clinical staffTech-savvy; quick to learn EMRs (Cerbo experience a plus) and workflow toolsAble to work independently, prioritize, and follow through without hand-holdingNice-to-HavesHIPAA Certification (If you don’t have it, the client will cover certification costs)Experience with Cerbo, healthcare billing, lab ordering, and inventory controlBackground in task/project management or QA of processesTechnical Requirements:Headset: USB headset with noise cancellationWebcam: Working webcamComputers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAMInternet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 MbpsPerks and Benefits:Job security and stabilityExceptionally supportive teamOpportunities for career growthFun work environmentSchedule:Full-Time and/or Part-Time (PST, MST, EST, or CST)Location:This is a remote positionApply now and take the first step towards a rewarding career!
