That's where you come in!Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTSTotal experience: 10+ years experienceExperience in digital analytics, tag management, and data strategyDeep, expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics (GA/GA4), GA360, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)Proven experience leading and owning analytics and GTM strategy for large, complex, multi-site ecosystemsStrong hands-on and advisory experience defining, governing, and executing GTM strategies across multiple websitesExtensive experience with server-side tagging and modern, scalable data-collection architecturesStrong understanding of data layers, tagging frameworks, governance models, and data quality validationAbility to translate business requirements into technical solution design, effort estimation, and delivery plansProven expertise in debugging data accuracy, tracking discrepancies, tagging, and data-layer issuesExperience managing GA/GTM certifications, access controls, admin roles, and compliance governancePrior experience working with external GA / analytics vendors for issue tracking, bug resolution, and validationDemonstrated ability to operate in a senior advisory, client-facing role, guiding teams and stakeholdersStrong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsRESPONSIBILITIESDefine, own, and drive the overall GTM and analytics strategy across all SE websitesEstablish and enforce standardized tagging and data-layer frameworks across platformsLead the design, implementation, and governance of client-side and server-side tagging solutionsAct as the analytics strategy owner, ensuring scalability, consistency, and best practicesProvide expert technical guidance, solution design, and effort estimation for business and tracking requirementsDrive the product analytics roadmap, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goalsOwn data quality, governance, validation, and auditing across all analytics implementationsDebug and resolve complex analytics, tagging, and data accuracy issues across environmentsLead GA/GTM implementations for high-traffic, complex, enterprise-scale projectsManage certification standards, access management, admin roles, and governance policiesCollaborate with external GA vendors to raise issues, track progress, and validate fixesMentor and guide analytics and tagging teams, acting as a technical and strategic escalation pointQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
