About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and development of a new full stack web application using Java (back end) and ReactJS (front end). You’ll collaborate with a remote development team and stakeholders in the US to define architecture, ensure code quality, and drive best practices.
Responsibilities:
* Define system architecture and make high-level design decisions.
* Guide and mentor developers on the team.
* Ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and maintainability.
* Review code and oversee implementation of key components.
* Work closely with QA to ensure a robust, testable solution.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of professional software development experience.
* Strong expertise in Java and ReactJS.
* Experience designing full stack architectures.
* Understanding of cloud deployment (AWS or similar) and CI/CD.
* Strong communication skills in English (B1–B2 level).
